CITP of Marin evolved from the original experimental program in 1992-93. The group is currently open to new members. The public and former members are welcome to join our ever-evolving integral community. Please come celebrate the life we are given, realizing all that we can be.

ITP Berkeley invites you to join us at our open sessions. Immerse yourself in a program involving body, mind, heart and soul. You are invited to experience a lovely interactive Saturday morning program that involves non-strenuous movement, meditation and energy exercises, and supports you in cultivating your own sustainable daily practice. ITP San Francisco is co-led by Pierson Bourquin and Charlotte Hatch. The group is currently open to new members. The mission of ITP San Francisco is to help each one of us grow into our full potential.

ITP Walnut Creek is open year round to guests and for new membership.

Building on the shared experience of the Power of Practice workshop at Hollyhock in August 2009, a small group is meeting regularly in Victoria, BC, for reflective dialogue about shared intention and practice. The sessions are closed at the moment to those who have participated in ITP and may lead to open sessions in the future. Please contact us for further information.

ITP Columbus is open to guests and new members during our open summer sessions, every 1st and 3rd Thursdays, June through August, 6:30 pm -7:45 pm. We will be doing the ITP Kata so please wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion for meditation. $5 fee.

ITP Tulsa invites individuals interested in joining our group to call us about attending an open evening. At present, there are two groups meeting in Tulsa at different locations, one on Tuesday night and one on Thursday night. Call Deborah McCall for directions to the group’s meeting place on the night of your preference (Tuesday or Thursday).

In May 2010, the two groups will join into one group and will meet at the following location on Tuesday evenings, 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm.

Everyone is always welcome. Please bring a mat and wear loose comfortable clothing.
