The Power of Practice: An Integral Approach to Realizing Your Potential
Led by certified ITP trainers Barry Robbins and Pam Kramer, the Power of Practice workshop is an introduction to and direct experience of Integral Transformative Practice, a cross-training of mind, body, heart and soul, drawn from ancient wisdom and created by human potential pioneers, George Leonard and Michael Murphy. This experiential workshop involves non-strenuous movement, meditation, relaxation techniques and mind/body exercises that result in increased vitality, personal empowerment and joy. All that's needed is a generous heart and a willingness to participate.

Leonard Energy Training
Developed by fifth-degree black belt sensei George Leonard and based on the art and practice of aikido, Leonard Energy Training (LET) provides a platform for increasing awareness, identifying reactive patterns and finding new and more skillful means to respond under pressure. LET offers practical applications to everyday life situations. In the LET workshop, participants learn to increase their effectiveness through practices of balancing and centering, blending or fully viewing another’s perspective and embodying a more relaxed and powerful way of moving in the world. LET is a stand-alone practice though is often incorporated into ITP workshops as an experiential way of illustrating ITP concepts. Read more about LET>>

ITP Core Practice Workshops
These workshops focus on four distinct practices described in The Life We Are Given: Affirmations, Staying Current, the ITP Kata and Meditation. These workshops can be combined into a series or presented separately.

In the Affirmations training, participants identify key areas that are fertile ground for transformation and learn to write powerful, present tense statements that reflect positive change. Visualization and transformative imaging techniques are utilized for creating a felt sense of the affirmation.

Participants study ITP’s peaceful communications practice in the Staying Current workshop and explore strategies for skillfully recognizing and expressing feelings. LET practices are interwoven in this workshop to reinforce the learning. Role play exercises also play a vital part in practicing techniques and receiving helpful feedback.

The ITP Kata workshop focuses on the 40-minute daily practice created by George Leonard as a form of active meditation. The Kata workshop highlights the different elements of this integral practice, which include yoga, strength training, tai chi, breathing and relaxation techniques. Participants accelerate the understanding and learning of the Kata by practicing with a group. Read more about the ITP Kata>>

The Meditation workshop centers on a variety of contemplative stillness practices in the ITP tradition, combining a disciplined observation of thoughts, feelings, impulses and sensations, with a natural awareness of a force beyond the individual self. In this workshop, participants explore the benefits of meditation and its essential role in transformative practice.
