Join us for an afternoon voyage into the experience of wonder and awe and come away feeling nourished and lit up from the inside out. In our full-throttle lives, we can often feel pulled down into the “weeds” and forget the possibilities for delight, inspiration and hope – available at our fingertips and in our hearts.

Co-led by Pamela Kramer and Christina Grote, this workshop delves into the mystery of life found deep inside and the pull toward the sacred in every day encounters. Integrating the wisdom drawn from Integral Transformative Practice (ITP), a personal transformation program beautifully crafted by Michael Murphy and George Leonard, participants will enjoy finding their natural flow through mindful movement, reflection and practices to reclaim “home base” for rejuvenation, joy and contribution in the world.

  • Enjoy an experience of ITP in a supportive setting and learn new ways to lift your spirit and enliven your whole being
  • Discover a daily practice for affirming the “life you are given” and take home simple ways to bring balance, presence and greater ease into your world
  • Engage in energy exercises to enhance awareness of the body and cues to the extraordinary
  • Learn, play and relax with others who imagine and work towards building a better world

Inhabit Awe takes place in tandem with Michael Murphy’s Golf in the Kingdom and offers an alternate pathway for connecting to the mystical on the greens. Golfers and workshop participants meet up at 5 pm for a banquet, celebration and live auction in support of ITP International, the Giants Community Fund, Junior Golf Association of Northern California, and the Shivas Irons Society.

Workshop fee: $375 (includes morning golf clinic, lunch and dinner)
