Helen Washecheck

Helen Washecheck grew up in Oklahoma and currently splits her time between Tulsa, OK and Hermosa Beach, CA. She is the mother of two young men and has been a practicing physical therapist since 1991. She owned and operated private physical therapy clinics for 25 years in Tulsa and received training in Somatic Experiencing, Family Constellation, Craniosacral Therapy, and many forms of bodywork and healing techniques. She currently treats in private one-on-one sessions and enjoys supporting her clients in regaining and maintaining active lifestyles.  She is a faculty member for The Steiner Institute in Austin, TX. Helen has been an ITP participant since 2008 in Tulsa, OK and found the practice to be an integral part of her life while working full-time and raising two boys. She joined the ITPI board in 2023.
