Perhaps we'll never know how far the path can go, how much a human being can truly achieve,
until we realize that the ultimate reward is not a gold medal but the path itself.

Our 2025 Honorees

Emanuel Kuntzelman & Laura Rose

Emanual Kuntzelman & Laura Rose

Emanuel Kuntzelmand & Laura Rose make quite the transformative duo. Both are extraordinarily generous activists for social transformation. Together, they have founded and led numerous nonprofit organizations, including the cultural exchange organization Greenheart International, and are visionary stewards of the Holomovement, a movement ITPI is in partnership with to unite humanity through collective purpose and action.

Emanuel and Laura were introduced to the practice in 2011 at an ITP workshop led by Pam Kramer and Barry Robbins in San Francisco. The practice resonated, so they invited ITPI to Chicago to present a weekend workshop for Greenheart International employees; a practice group formed in Chicago as a result, led by ITP practitioner Jill Robinson and members of Greenheart.

We are extremely grateful to have Emanuel as an actively engaged ITPI board member and speaker at our programs and practice sessions. Laura and Emanuel initiated and provided funding for our Ki of Cooperation program and have partnered with ITPI to co-present numerous retreats and workshops in Chicago, Monterey, Ibiza, Sedona and soon in Asheville, North Carolina, for the 2025 Holomovement Wave conference.

We are thrilled to honor their leadership and dedication to see ITPI grow and thrive, and celebrate their many endeavors to bring about positive change around the globe. Emanuel and Laura are the recipients of the George and Annie Styron Leonard award for their generous service.

Michael Choy, ITP Palo Alto group leader

Michael Choy

We can’t say enough about Michael’s commitment to excellence in all faces of his life. His unique leadership style has served ITP Palo Alto since 2004 when Michael and others founded the group. Michael is a compassionate, wise, balanced, centered and calm seeker in the highest of ITP and ITPI traditions. He actively explores the idea that we are "spirits in spacesuits," honoring and developing our integral "spacesuit" of body, mind, heart, and soul.

Through his roles as a CPA and former high tech corporate CFO, he imparted his understanding and embodiment of integral practice to help employees thrive by teaching them Leonard Energy Training and ITP principles. Michael serves on the Board of Directors of Companions on the Journey, the Sophia Foundation and is an active participant in ITPI’s group leader community and Evolving You membership program.

Michael, in collaboration with ITP Palo Alto members, has extended invitations to the larger ITP community to participate in their annual ITP Palo Alto retreat, held in Santa Cruz, CA, showcasing themes related to practice and transformation. Michael often says that love is what ITP is all about and that the power of love has made his practice community thrive to this day.

Michael embodies what it means to be an “iconic practitioner.” ITP and the greater ITPI community are blessed to recognize him as our very first ITP Iconic Practitioner.

Love something and watch it blossom.
