The Practice of Living Your Values Workshop

April 5 - 7, 2024

DoubleTree Hotel, Warren Place
Tulsa, OK

Values reflect what is most meaningful and natural to you at your core, in short, what matters most to you. In this workshop, we will examine our personal values, those of others, and of the group. Each member will create a practice to live with their values in the most creative, harmonious ways.

Sessions include experiential practices to skillfully navigate disruption and create accord when challenged by different values from ones we hold dear. As a practice group, we will lovingly challenge ourselves to find a unifying value shared by the whole group. This exercise in finding common ground can serve as an example of co-creating harmony within a group and the joy in doing so together.

Workshop highlights:

  • Identify your core values and share them with others
  • Experience the felt sense and energy of your values in body, mind, heart, and soul
  • Strengthen your ability to listen and inquire to understand another’s values
  • Gain clarity on when and how to peacefully disengage with another or group
  • Practice blending, staying current, getting off the line, and balancing and centering
  • Design a personal practice to live in harmony with your values
  • Create alignment on a shared value experienced by the entire group

Our meetings take place at the Doubletree Warren Place in the Aspen room beginning on Friday evening, 7 - 9 pm, Saturday 8:30 - 5:30 pm, Saturday evening dinner party from 6:30 pm - 9 pm and Sunday from 8:30 - 1 pm. The cost is $300 for ITPI Members, $330 for the General Public.
