"The ITPI conference was inspiring, heart-warming, and wonderful! Consistent with the approach and philosophy of ITP, it was a true feast for the body, mind, heart and soul."
"In the presence of leaders in their fields, I received many powerful insights deepening both the clarity of my path and my appreciation for the integral approach. There are not very many places or practices that are truly integral - I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to attend this conference and look forward to another wonderful and enlightening experience next year."
Events
ITP International
hosts a variety of creative events to stimulate the intellect, support and educate the community and impart the core elements of transformative practice for practitioners and the general public. ITPI’s events, which include lectures, seminars and ITPI’s annual conference, are designed to increase awareness for those new to ITP as well as long-term practitioners.

2010 Annual Conference
The 2010 ITPI Conference, The Intention of the Universe: Our Evolutionary Destiny, takes place June 11 & 12, at St. Stephen’s Church in Belvedere, CA. This spirited event attracts a community of integral practitioners and the general public from all over the country to meet, socialize and explore emerging trends. The conference is also a chance to honor people special to ITP. At the 2009 conference, ITP co-founder George Leonard was honored with a tribute and celebration for his extraordinary contributions to the human potential movement. At the upcoming 2010 conference, keynote speaker, Jeff Kripal, Professor of Religious Studies at Rice University, will present key concepts from his most recent book, Authors of the Impossible, a history of psychic phenomena through the last two centuries of Western thought. In this work, Kripal provides a framework for exploring ideas and events cited as paranormal. Michael Murphy, ITP and Esalen co-founder, will join Kripal for a panel discussion along with other guest panelists.
Additional conference activities include movement, meditation, Leonard Energy Training (LET) exercises as well as small group breakout sessions and interactive presentations by members of ITPI’s Mastery program. The annual conference is ITPI’s major fundraising event for the year and showcases a silent auction, raffle and a variety of ITP products for sale. The conference concludes with a festive reception and party with drinks, sumptuous hors d’oeuvres and live jazz.

Samurai Game
ITPI now hosts George Leonard’s invention, The Samurai Game
, a unique, intense and challenging leadership and teambuilding experience for ITP practitioners and the general public. Led by certified trainer, Lance Giroux, this weekend workshop serves to significantly deepen individual and organizational awareness, leadership effectiveness and team cohesion in a supportive learning environment. Participants learn valuable lessons that are applicable to everyday life situations. As with the LET workshop, The Samurai Game
reinforces the concept of “body as teacher” to increase awareness and effective decision making under pressure. Check our Calendar or contact us for upcoming dates of the Samurai Game
hosted by ITPI.

Lectures & Seminars
Throughout the year, ITPI presents evening lectures and weekend seminars with master teachers and integral visionaries to inspire and educate practitioners and the general public. In 2009, Zen teacher Richard Baker-roshi presented The Basics of Zen Practice: Transforming the Life We are Given, an integral practice lecture and weekend seminar at Cavallo Point, Sausalito, CA. Participants engaged in mindfulness and meditation practices and group discussion in a spectacular setting.
ITPI is also honored to have author and human potential pioneer, Michael Murphy, present periodic lectures on integral philosophy based on the life and work of Indian mystic, Sri Aurobindo. The lectures also include sitting meditation sessions and spirited discussions. These gatherings provide like-minded practitioners with the opportunity to explore new concepts in the integral movement and deepen their practice together. Check our Calendar or contact us for upcoming seminars and lectures.
