Rudy Collins, one of ITPI’s new board members joining in 2023, is committed to practice and lifelong learning with a focus on creating healthy relationships. He grew up in Stamford, CT and spent several years in Boston before moving to Marin County in 1978. Over the past four decades, Rudy has developed his expertise in leadership and organization development, strategic consulting, and coaching. In his role as a human resources executive, he has used his expertise to support and lead in a range of settings, including healthcare, technology, consumer goods and financial services. One of his passions is music, which he feeds by playing the guitar, attending live performances and listening deeply.
